After much speculation about his future, Julian Hall is set to sign his homegrown deal with Red Bull New York, with an official announcement from the club coming soon.
A source with knowledge of the situation at Red Bull has told me that New York has convinced Hall and the deal is "done", inking their U15 starlet to a homegrown contract. The deal was first reported by MLS Source.

The deal for Hall is reportedly similar to the homegrown contracts that Davi Alexandre and Aidan Stokes signed earlier this year. Hall will sign his first professional contract with New York Red Bulls II for the remainder of the 2023 season. Then in 2024, the Polish-American from New York City will start his homegrown contract with the Red Bulls.
***UPDATE: Julian Hall's homegrown deal with Red Bull is set to begin right away according to Tom Bogert of the Athletic***
Hall, who is currently on vacation in Poland with family after his U15 season came to an end, will put pen to paper on his homegrown contract next week when he returns stateside to New York on July 22nd. With Hall being a dual citizen via his mother, he would have been able to leave for Europe on a free transfer once he turned 16 years of age next March.
Hall has represented both the US and Poland at youth ranks with Hall recently being called up to the USYNT for the CONCACAF U15 Championship in Curacao & Dominican Republic (August 6-13).

This is a huge deal for Red Bull to lock down its number one prospect after two top-flight players, Jack Mize & Nate Worth, both left Red Bull in pursuit of a different path outside NY/NJ.
In 2023, Hall exploded onto the scene in MLS Next. At the GA Cup in April, Hall took home a share of the Golden Boot scoring four goals, two of which came against Chelsea. After the GA, Hall was called up to Red Bull II in May at just 15 years old.
In June, after making four professional appearances, Hall would score his first pro goal against New England II. Hall became the youngest goal scorer in the club's history at just 15 years and 73 days.
Later in June Hall would rejoin his Red Bull U15 squad on their way to an MLS Next National Title. Hall would make an impact, scoring a late equalizer, before strike partner Tanner Rosborough scored the game-winning goal in the 86' to win Red Bull the national title. Individually for Hall, he took home a share of the Golden Boot (5 goals & 1 assist) and Golden Ball for MVP of the tournament.

Looking forward to the rest of the Red Bull II season, Hall will have six matches left before the regular season comes to a close in late September. With RBII sitting in 5th place in the Eastern Conference, Hall will be given a lot of opportunity in attack with Oladayo Thomas tearing his ACL in late June.
Look for Red Bull II manager Ibrahim Sekgaya to play Hall either in a 4-2-2-2 next to Frank Ssebuufu as a duel striker or on the wing in a 4-2-3-1 next to current team MVP Ibrahim Kasule who plays the "10". Either way, Hall will look to impress Head of Sport Jochen Schneider and the rest of the coaching staff as he looks to make the first team in the near future.
