San Diego FC secured a thrilling 3-2 victory over Los Angeles Football Club in a dramatic match filled with intense action and late drama. The match was marked by crucial moments, including late yellow cards and a red card for LAFC, as well as key goals that ultimately decided the contest.
First Half
San Diego FC made an early impact with a goal in the 21st minute. Christopher McVey opened the scoring with a header from the center of the box, beating LAFC's goalkeeper Hugo Lloris. The goal gave the home side an early advantage.
